| Name | Explanation |
| Animal Husbandry | The treatment and handling of animals with particular attention to medical knowledge, but not Veterinary. This is different from Animal Handling in that it deals specifically with domesticated animals such as Horses etc. |
| Falconry | How to handle Falcons and hunt with them. (Reminder, a specialisation of Animal Handling). |
| Farming | Cows, crops, and cultivation. |
| Horsemanship | Riding and treatment of horses, specifically how to make yourself and other looks good and do well in competition. Must also have the Riding Development. (Not Animal Handling, but an extreme specialisation of it). |
| Hunting | Catch game to eat in the wilderness. For each 1 under the adventurer’s successful roll enough additional game to feed one individual for one day was caught (larger animal). |
| Riding (specify) | Staying on the back of a given animal for transport, may be Specialised into activities such as Speed; Performance; Show etc. |
| Skin & Prepare Hides | As it says. May be Specialised. |
| Trapping | Catch game to eat in the wilderness. For each 1 under the adventurer’s successful roll enough additional game to feed one individual for one day was caught (smaller animal). |
| Veterinarian | Knowing how to heal animals that are hurt or sick. (Implies training and age, as it requires some 7 years or so to become qualified in modern cultures). |
